CoVid-19 Policy

We have a very robust policy to deal with CoVid-19 (Coronavirus). We will constantly update this policy, where necessary, in line with Government guidance, for the duration of this pandemic.

We completely understand that it is a very worrying and concerning time for all our customers.

We do our utmost to keep up our very high hygiene levels in order to stop cross contamination where possible.

Our cutlery and glassware is rinsed in pure water at 89 degrees and our cutlery is washed using a steam system at 100 degrees. This ensures that all items are sterilised during the cleaning process.

China and cutlery is then shrink wrapped to maintain cleanliness.

Each individual box used for storage and transport is also washed and sterilised, between every use.

Furniture is wiped over with antibacterial spray, prior to being loaded for every hire.

All gas and electrical hire equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, ready for the next use.

Our drivers have hand sanitiser, fresh water and paper towels in the vehicles, to enable them to keep their hands clean throughout the day. They have gloves to handle equipment on and off the vehicles and face masks for when they are unloading inside buildings.

Whilst plans are constantly changing with the Government’s Covid Restrictions on weddings and the event industry, we will allow customers to move their dates and change their numbers, without charge.

We would point out however, that when dates are moved certain items on the original order may not be available.

If this is the case then we will inform you of any problems and offer you alternatives.
