How it Works
Select the required items from our online store and add them to your basket. If you need help or advice just get in touch
Choose your date and secure your booking by paying a 20% Deposit in our Checkout
When the deposit is received the company will check to make sure that the items that you require are still available for your proposed hire dates. Should any item no longer be available then we will substitute with the closest alternative that we have available, or contact you to discuss the options
We will then confirm your booking by allocating you a personal customer code and sending you an order confirmation with this printed on it
You are then able to make minor adjustments to your order until two weeks prior to delivery
One week prior to delivery we will require the full invoice total to be paid, but one of a friendly team will be in touch to help arrange this
You will be contacted the evening before delivery, by text, with a two hour estimated delivery timing
On payment of the invoice total, your deposit becomes a breakage deposit and will be returned to you after your event, once the equipment has been returned and checked. Any lost or broken items will be charged and deducted from this deposit prior to its return
We’ll do everything possible to help you make changes to the date, venue, or in the event of a cancellation.

We have been established since 1988 and run as a family firm with traditional values.
Quality of Service we pride ourselves on the quality of service we deliver and are constantly looking to enhance our level of service.
Equipment all our equipment is carefully maintained, electrical items are PAT tested prior to delivery and all gas equipment is set up on site and ready to use. As part of our service we have an out of hours emergency contact number.
Cleanliness each item is washed in purified demineralised water to eliminate watermarks, then shrink wrapped where possible to ensure hygiene. Silver cutlery is burnished after each use to maintain its sparkle.
Delivery we are able to deliver to any site and for the more difficult deliveries we have grass-tyred quad bikes and trailers available.
Staff from your initial contact with us you will have your own experienced sales co-ordinators to help guide you through the whole process from placing the order to delivery and collection. For the very large events, such as the county shows, we are able to offer an on-site project manager.
Area our delivery area covers the whole of East Anglia but we always try to accommodate other areas if necessary.
Quantity we are able to provide any quantity of equipment from the smallest dinner party to the largest corporate event up to 10,000 place settings.
